The Perfect Bag For This Summer

Hey everyone!

Are you guys enjoying your summer? It’s crazy hot in LA and I have a love and hate relationship with the heat – so I guess I could say i’m enjoying it in my own way.

So lately I’ve been obsessed with bags! I used to not really care about cute bags and would use the same bag for months. But recently I’ve been so particular with what bag I am carrying with a specific outfit and noticed myself using a different bag almost every other day. Depending on the shape and color of the bag –  I think it completes a certain look you are going for. So today I wanted to show you my favorite bag for the summer which is also perfect for any occasion and season.

You guys have definitely seen me wear this bag in my past posts – but you probably seen these online or celebrities wearing them too! The brand is called Nana-nana – It is originally from Japan but now it is carried in Europe, Los Angeles, and all over Asia. They have lots of different product with unique designs. Bubble wrap wallets, a lock with a chain that’s a portable charger, iPod shaped iPhone case, etc. But what I want to focus on from them today are the “trash box” bags!

There are 3 different sizes for the “trash box” – my favorite is the small because it’s so miniature and cute! It’s perfect for when I don’t have to carry too much. I use the large size when I want to bring my book and water bottle with me. The large size is perfect to go to the beach – pack up your snacks and towel and you’re ready to roll.

The bag itself is very simple and minimal. But “holographic” and “clear plastic” products are very popular right now! I love this bag because it can go with any outfit and I want people to see my cute wallet and key chains in my bag. 😉

People were probably wondering “why is this girl wearing long sleeve in almost 100 degree weather?” but this shirt kept me cool! I love wearing linen during the summer because it lets your skin breath. Plus I had my chest wide open so it was extra breezy. The top itself was already making a statement so I chose black shorts just to keep a balance. To be honest, I bought the shirt thinking I’d be able to wear it as a dress but I was still able to make it look cute!

I recently purchased the cutest flats from Vivienne Westwood and I am so obsessed! They are perfect for the summer and go with most of my outfits. It still hurts like crazy since I have to break the leather in – but once it’s stretched out I’ll be living in these. 🙂 You can’t purchase it online but they do carry them in the LA store!
