Hey guys!

Last night I went to go see Vivienne Westwood’s new documentary called “Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist”. It came out June 15th, 2018 and is playing at the Landmark Nuart Theatre for a week and then moving on to the next city.

The film overall was great. It was very interesting watching the way she works and how she is constantly working to make her company better while working towards the planet and fighting against climate change. She is such an inspiring women and will always be my favorite fashion designer.

During the Q&A of the film – the director actually said Vivienne did not like the film and wanted many changes and retakes because she wanted the film to be more towards what she is doing for planet earth and her activism. Since I am reading her biography, it felt like I was just watching the biography on a screen. So I definitely recommend people that don’t know about her and want to learn more about her creativity and past life to watch this film.

Of course I wore head to toe Vivienne Westwood last night! I went for more of a business look – been digging this look so far. The boots helped the outfit look more casual and punk – matching the style with the bag.
