So I know in my last post I said I was in saving mode.. but today I found some gems while checking out some thrift stores in LA and I just had to spend some money! But hey, you can’t say no to a great find at a thrift store.
My first stop was 2nd Street on Melrose Ave. It was my first time going to the one in LA! As I explained in my post “MY TRIP TO TOKYO”, the store is originally from Japan. I purchased an UNDERCOVER tee and some black silk wide leg pants from a Japanese brand called Dressterior. I’m so excited to wear it and show you guys!

My next place was Goodwill. Goodwill is always a great place to find cool pieces for an incredibly cheap price. Whats fun about this thrift store is that there are so many in LA and each one has different clothing almost everyday since you don’t know whats going to be donated. So if you have a whole free day just to thrift, definitely try go to many different Goodwills because you’ll find at least 1 or 2 gems. Today I went to the one in the Valley. Unfortunately I couldn’t find too much, but I found another pair of black pants that fit me perfectly! Theres no brand tag, but its made in Japan so the quality is great. I’m a short girl, so lots of pants I buy are too long for me. But these pants fit perfect on the waist and the length stops right where I want them to! Wanna know how much? $6.49! Can’t wait to show you guys these ones too 🙂
#OOTD

Today I planned my outfit around these awesome Vivienne Westwood purple metallic jeans. They are so stretchy and the comfiest jeans I ever owned! In the sunlight theres streaks of gold so my accessories were all gold plated. I put on some gold hoop earrings and a Vivienne Westwood gold chain necklace. I wanted to tone down the colors so I put on a simple white turtle neck topI thrifted at Goodwill. For my outer wear I wore a light washed Denim Jacket from Brandy Melville and accessorized it with a Louis Vuitton multi color brooch to go with the jeans. For my shoes I wore my favorite pair of boots from Vivienne Westwood – my go-to shoes!

I also styled my hair in a slick back pony tail to show my big gold hoop earrings to make them stand out.
